Cabernet Franc in bottle

new-york-finger-lakes-wineries-37Today our very good friends Keith Geiman and Thom Britton were in town and we spent the day bottling up the 2012 Cabernet Franc. We ended up with 70 cases of a dark colored, beautiful dry red with a crisp finish. It should be a very nice wine alone but also with food. After resting for a few weeks in bottle to get through the “bottle shock” period, we will apply the foil and labels and then release the wine first to the wine club and then to the general public.
