At Song Hill Winery we follow a hands-on process to produce ultra-premium sparkling and still wine from the cool-climate varietals of Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that thrive in the Finger Lakes and surrounding wine regions.

These varietals are so important to us they are represented in our logo. The feathers of our bird have the colors purple, representing Cabernet Franc, burgundy representing Pinot Noir, and golden yellow representing Chardonnay. The orange in the body of our bird represents the various songbirds that inhabit our farm.

We are also committed to giving back. We recognize that we are very blessed, not only to be able to pursue our dream of making high quality wine, but also to be able to consume such a luxury product. However, there are many people who struggle to obtain basic necessities such as food and water. Therefore, we are committed to donating 10% of our profits to charitable organizations such as Foodlink and Willow Domestic Violence Center.
